Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and distributing materials. Develop and implement effective inventory control procedures to maintain accurate stock levels. Supervise store personnel and ensure efficient allocation of duties and responsibilities. Monitor the receipt of raw materials, fabrics, accessories, and other supplies, verifying quantities and specifications against purchase orders and delivery documents. Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments according to approved requisitions. Maintain accurate inventory records, stock registers, goods receipt notes, material issue records, and other store documentation. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile actual inventory with system records. Coordinate with procurement, production, merchandising, accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted material availability. Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages, overstocking, and production delays. Ensure proper storage, labeling, preservation, and handling of materials to prevent damage and wastage. Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective measures to improve inventory accuracy. Prepare and submit regular inventory reports, stock statements, and material consumption reports to management. Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess inventory and take appropriate action with management approval. Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and workplace safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve store efficiency, material utilization, and inventory management processes. Educational Qualifications Graduation in any discipline. Experience Requirements Minimum 5–10 years or above of relevant experience in store management or inventory control. Experience in the woven garments industry will be an advantage. Previous experience supervising store operations and store personnel is preferred.
