Position: Structural Engineer Job Responsibilities: * Prepare structural designs, calculations, and drawings. * Design safe and cost-effective structural systems. * Coordinate with architects and MEP engineers. * Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance. * Review structural work and ensure compliance with approved designs. * Prepare BOQs and structural specifications when required. * Check construction quality and structural safety. * Coordinate with contractors and site engineers. * Prepare structural calculations, reports, and other required technical documentation. * Follow up on structural design and construction-related activities. * Identify and resolve structural and technical issues during project execution. Requirements: * IEB Membership. * 4–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering. * Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, and STAAD.Pro. * Strong knowledge of BNBC, ACI, and other relevant structural design codes. * Experience in RCC and steel structures. * Experience in structural retrofitting. * Ability to prepare structural calculations, BOQs, and technical reports. * Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
