Position Name Student Counselor Job Location House 10, Road 02, Sector 06, Uttara House Building, Dhaka-1230 Job Responsibilities • Counsel students on international study options, universities, courses, scholarships, and career opportunities. • Guide students for Malaysia, UK, Thailand, and Malta admissions. • Assess students’ academic background, financial ability, career goals, and preferred destination. • Recommend suitable universities, courses, and programs based on student profiles. • Handle student and parent inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and in-person meetings. • Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, application steps, and required documents. • Support students throughout the application, admission, and enrollment process. • Follow up with leads, applicants, and parents to ensure successful admission conversion. • Maintain accurate student records, application updates, reports, and documents. • Coordinate with universities, admission teams, management, and internal departments. • Resolve student and parent concerns professionally. • Conduct orientation sessions and assist students during onboarding. • Stay updated on intakes, admission policies, scholarships, fees, and international education trends. • Prepare and deliver presentations for seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events. • Participate in Facebook Live, YouTube Live, webinars, seminars, and other promotional activities. Requirements • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are required. • Must have a professional appearance, positive attitude, and proper workplace etiquette. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be target-oriented and result-driven. • Must be able to communicate professionally with students, parents, universities, and internal teams. • Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills are required. • Experience in student counseling, admission consultancy

  • Minimum education: Honors
  • Experience: 2-5 years
  • Skill: IELTS: Minimum Overall Band Score of 6.0 is mandatory.
