Job Responsibilities: Supervise daily restaurant and food service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Lead, guide, and coordinate waiters and other service staff to maintain high service standards. Assign duties, monitor staff performance, and ensure that all team members follow established procedures. Welcome guests, oversee table arrangements, and ensure prompt and professional customer service. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food orders are served accurately and on time. Handle guest complaints, resolve service-related issues, and maintain customer satisfaction. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization of the dining area and service stations. Monitor table setup, food presentation, and overall service quality. Assist in staff training, orientation, and performance improvement. Maintain coordination between service staff, kitchen personnel, and management. Monitor inventory of service supplies and report shortages or operational issues to management. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety standards, and workplace procedures. Prepare operational updates and report important issues to the management team. Support management in improving service efficiency, teamwork, and guest experience. Requirements: Hotel industry experience is mandatory. Previous experience in restaurant supervision, food and beverage service, or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Ability to supervise staff and coordinate daily service activities effectively. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
