Position Name Supervisor Number of Vacancies 10 Persons Gender Both Male & Female can apply Job Location Nawojur, Dhaka-Tangail Highway, Kodda, Joydebpur, Gazipur Job Type Full-Time Job Responsibilities • Supervise daily production activities in the knit garments factory. • Monitor workers and ensure smooth workflow on the production floor. • Ensure production targets are achieved within the given time. • Maintain product quality according to company standards. • Coordinate with production, quality, and other related departments. • Guide workers properly and ensure workplace discipline. • Report daily work progress and any production issues to the concerned authority. • Perform other tasks assigned by the management. Educational Qualification • S.S.C / H.S.C Experience • Relevant experience in garments factory supervision will be preferred. • Experience in knit garments factory will be given priority. Required Skills • Good knowledge of garments production process. • Ability to lead and manage workers effectively. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Must be responsible, punctual, and hardworking. • Ability to work under pressure and achieve production targets. • Must follow company rules and maintain workplace discipline.
