দায়িত্বসমূহ • Broadband internet service-এর জন্য technical support প্রদান করতে হবে • Router এবং networking devices install, configure ও troubleshoot করতে হবে • Customer-এর internet ও network connectivity সমস্যা diagnose ও resolve করতে হবে • Fiber link এবং customer connection monitor করতে হবে • দ্রুত ও পেশাদার technical support দিতে হবে • ISP/network support-related দৈনন্দিন কাজ দক্ষতার সাথে পরিচালনা করতে হবে যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা • ISP / Network Support-এ ন্যূনতম ৬ মাসের hands-on experience বাধ্যতামূলক • Router setup, configuration এবং troubleshooting-এ practical experience থাকতে হবে • Internet/Network issue diagnose ও resolve করার দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে • Networking fundamentals সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা থাকতে হবে, যেমন: • IP Addressing • Subnetting • VLAN • DNS • DHCP • CCNA বা MikroTik (MTCNA) certification থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে • শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: • B.Sc. in CSE, অথবা • Diploma in CSE / IT / ICT • প্রাসঙ্গিক বিষয়ে equivalent qualification থাকলেও আবেদন করা যাবে • ভালো communication এবং customer support skill থাকলে সুবিধা হবে সুযোগ-সুবিধা • শিফটভিত্তিক কাজের সুযোগ: আছে
