Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services • Explain product features and benefits to customers • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through telemarketing • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information • Maintain customer records and update call logs regularly • Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales • Coordinate with the sales team and prepare necessary reports Experience: • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Tele Sales Executive or Call Center Executive is required Qualifications & Requirements: • HSC or Bachelor's degree in any discipline • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Confident, patient, and target-oriented • Ability to work under pressure • Previous experience in Tele Sales or a Call Center will be considered an advantage Salary & Benefits: • Basic Salary: BDT 12,000 • Total Earnings: BDT 14,000–15,000+ (Including incentives) • Performance Bonus • Friendly and Supportive Work Environment • Career Growth Opportunities • Weekly Holiday (1 Day) Working Hours: • Female: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM • Male: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
