Position: TeleSales Executive – UK Process (Afternoon Shift) Vacancies: 100 Gender: Both Male and Female (Female candidates are preferred) Age: 18–32 years Employment Status: Full-Time Workplace: Work at Office Job Location: Dhanmondi 32, Dhaka Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (UK Shift) Working Days: Monday – Friday Weekly Holidays: Saturday & Sunday Salary: BDT 15,000–20,000 per month Job Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to potential customers. • Introduce company products and promotional offers. • Assist customers with product-related inquiries. • Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication. • Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads when required. • Maintain accurate customer information and call notes in the CRM system. • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets. • Ensure quality communication and customer satisfaction. Requirements: • Age must be between 18 and 32 years. • Strong English communication skills are mandatory. • Previous experience in an international BPO or call center will be an advantage. • Basic computer proficiency and CRM handling skills. • Ability to work in the assigned shift schedule. • Candidates must have a good command of spoken English. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary review every 6 months. • Performance-based KPI bonus of up to BDT 15,000. • Paid leave benefits after successful completion of the probation period.
