Job Responsibilities: • Explore and onboard potential retail partners and dealers in line with company objectives. • Establish and maintain strong, long-term dealer and retailer relationships. • Ensure regular product orders and drive consistent sales growth from dealers/retailers. • Conduct field visits across assigned areas to present offerings, promote products, and strengthen brand awareness. • Strategically plan, monitor, and expand partnerships with dealers and retailers. • Manage sales transactions, credit recovery, and collection processes efficiently. • Address partner/dealer needs and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction. • Monitor stock levels and implement proactive measures to maximize sales performance. • Maintain financial transparency through accurate reconciliation with partners and dealers. Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline (Marketing preferred). • Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution sales within the gadgets or mobile industry is required. • Sincere, hardworking, Goal oriented and Willing to build career in Sales & Marketing.
