Position Tour Manager Job Location Naya Paltan, Dhaka Key Responsibilities Develop attractive domestic and international tour packages. Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, transport providers, DMCs, local operators and travel vendors. Negotiate competitive vendor rates to ensure profitable and attractive packages. Prepare package costing, quotations and pricing sheets accurately. Design customized travel itineraries based on customer requirements and budgets. Promote and sell tour packages through phone calls, social media, email and walk-in customers. Clearly explain itineraries, package inclusions, exclusions, visa requirements, travel insurance and company policies to clients. Coordinate flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing and other travel arrangements. Follow up customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Ensure smooth tour execution before, during and after travel. Handle customer feedback, complaints and provide after-sales support. Stay updated on travel trends, visa regulations, airline promotions and new destinations. Prepare operational reports and maintain customer and vendor databases. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration or any relevant discipline. Candidates with relevant experience may receive preference even if their educational background differs. Additional Requirements Excellent communication skills in Bangla. Good English communication skills, both spoken and written. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills. Excellent negotiation and vendor management ability. Sound knowledge of popular international tourist destinations. Ability to prepare customized travel packages independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using travel booking systems and online travel platforms will be an advantage.
