Position: Video Editor Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office Office Location: B-42, Road 3, Hillview Housing Society, Chittagong 4201, Bangladesh Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM * 1–2 break periods during the workday * Weekly Holiday: Friday * 2 Paid Leave Days per Month Salary: BDT 12,000 – 20,000 per month Salary will depend on editing skills, experience, portfolio, and overall performance. Job Responsibilities: * Edit social media videos and reels. * Edit corporate and event videos. * Create and edit promotional videos and TVCs. * Edit documentary and story-based films. * Edit YouTube and long-form content. * Create basic motion graphics when required. * Work on other commercial video projects produced by SUFI Production Hub. * Maintain proper pacing, music, sound design, and visual storytelling. * Complete assigned projects within deadlines. * Collaborate with the in-house production team to deliver high-quality video content. Requirements: * Good understanding of video editing and storytelling. * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro. * Basic knowledge of After Effects and Motion Graphics is a plus. * Knowledge of Color Grading is an advantage. * Good understanding of pacing, music, sound design, and visual storytelling. * Ability to work under deadlines. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively as part of an in-house production team. * Strong portfolio or showreel is preferred.
