Job Responsibilities: • Communicate professionally with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other social media platforms • Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients • Provide clear information about Work Visa, Student Visa, Tourist Visa, and Visit Visa services • Professionally guide, communicate with, and convince potential clients • Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients • Handle client queries and provide timely updates • Work towards achieving assigned targets Requirements: • Both experienced candidates and freshers can apply • Graduation completed or currently studying • Strong communication and client-handling skills • Basic to moderate knowledge of computer operations • Basic to moderate knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, WhatsApp, and Messenger • Experience in telesales, customer service, sales, or visa consultancy will be an advantage • Must be smart, confident, well-presented, and well-groomed • Positive attitude and convincing ability • Target-oriented mindset • Candidates who can join immediately or within a short time will be given preference Salary & Benefits: • Starting Salary: BDT 15,000 • Lunch Allowance: BDT 1,000 • Total: BDT 16,000 • Performance Incentive: BDT 10,000–50,000 • 2 Festival Bonuses • Friendly, professional, and secure working environment Office Hours: • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM • Weekly Holiday: Friday Application Process: • Send your CV along with one recent normal photograph taken with a mobile camera • Passport-size or studio photograph is not required
