Position: USA Visa Consultant / Visa Processing Executive Job Responsibilities: - Provide consultation and guidance regarding USA F1 visa processing - Assist clients with visa documentation, application preparation, and file processing - Review client documents and ensure accuracy as per visa requirements - Explain visa procedures, requirements, timelines, and documentation checklists to clients - Support clients in preparing for visa interviews - Maintain regular communication with clients and provide proper updates - Work with USA clients and international teams when required - Maintain accurate client records and application status reports - Stay updated on USA visa rules, policies, and application procedures - Perform other tasks as assigned by the management Requirements: - Strong knowledge of USA F1 Visa is required - Experience with USA Visa processing is preferred - Freshers are welcome if they have exceptional knowledge of USA Visa procedures - Knowledge of F1, H1B, EB1, and EB2 visa categories will be a strong advantage - Minimum 6 months of experience is preferred - Good communication and client handling skills - Must be responsible, detail-oriented, and professional - Ability to work with international clients and teams - Good English communication skills will be preferred Educational Qualification: - Bachelor’s / Honors degree from any reputed institution - Relevant training or certification in visa processing will be an added advantage Benefits: - Provident Fund - Performance bonus - Yearly salary increment - 2 festival bonuses - Paid sick leave - Career growth and promotion opportunity - Opportunity to grow into a Visa Team Lead role - Opportunity to work with USA clients and international teams - Professional and growth-focused w
