Job Responsibilities: Welcome customers warmly and professionally, assist them with seating arrangements, and provide menus. Explain menu items, food options, and available beverages when required. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and beverages promptly according to customer orders while ensuring proper presentation and service standards. Check that orders are complete and correct before serving. Respond to customer requests courteously and ensure a positive dining experience. Prepare tables before service by arranging plates, glasses, cutlery, and other necessary items. Clear used dishes and utensils after customers finish their meals and keep tables and service areas clean and organized. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with restaurant standards. Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Handle customer complaints politely and report complex issues to the supervisor or restaurant manager. Follow food safety guidelines, workplace rules, and management instructions. Perform additional duties related to restaurant service as assigned by the management. Educational Qualification and Requirements: Candidates should have a polite, friendly, and professional attitude with good communication and customer service skills.
