Job Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner. • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen. • Serve food and beverages promptly and appropriately. • Assist customers with their requests and provide attentive service. • Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas. • Handle customer concerns professionally and report issues to the supervisor. • Follow restaurant service, hygiene and safety standards. • Coordinate with kitchen and other restaurant staff for smooth service. • Perform other duties assigned by the management.
