TuDo Restaurant & Cafe is looking for energetic, well-groomed, and professional individuals to join our team as Waiters. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality, excellent guest service skills, and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating. Present menus, answer questions, and provide recommendations when required. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally. Ensure guests receive attentive service throughout their dining experience. Respond to guest requests politely and help resolve service-related concerns. Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and service areas. Coordinate with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Follow restaurant service standards, hygiene practices, and workplace policies. Requirements Previous restaurant service experience is preferred. Good communication and guest-handling skills. Positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining excellent service standards. Willingness to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Salary and Benefits Total Gross Income: BDT 20,000–24,000 per month Basic Salary + Service Charge + Tips Two meals per day One weekly day off
