Job Responsibilities: • Handle workers’ queries, complaints and grievances. • Conduct worker welfare activities and awareness sessions. • Maintain welfare records, registers and necessary documentation. • Assist in buyer audits and social compliance activities. • Support compliance with Bangladesh Labour Laws, Labour Rules and buyer requirements. • Coordinate with HR, Compliance and Production departments to resolve worker-related issues. Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. • Freshers are encouraged to apply. • Previous experience in HR, Welfare or Compliance will be an added advantage. • Basic knowledge of Bangladesh Labour Law and Labour Rules. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic computer and documentation skills. • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
