Job Responsibilities: • Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media. • Introduce the company’s Purbachal land projects to interested individual and corporate clients. • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings between clients and senior sales staff. • Assist clients during the initial booking process and handle basic inquiries. • Learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the Purbachal real estate market. • Support the overall sales team in achieving collective organizational goals. Requirements & Qualifications: • Candidates should have completed their Honors or Masters degree. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is preferred, but freshers with great potential may apply. • Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude are required. • Applicants must be energetic, result-oriented, and eager to build a career in sales. • Both male and female candidates residing near Khilkhet will be given preference.
