Job Responsibilities: • Communicate with potential customers via phone/message • Understand customer needs and explain our services clearly and convincingly • Answer customer questions with basic knowledge of Building Construction, Architectural Design, and other services • Appear in front of the camera and create videos on Construction, Building Design, Architecture, and various Home/Building-related topics • Participate in video content for Facebook, YouTube, and other Social Media platforms • Reply to customer comments/inboxes on Social Media and follow up on leads • Collect information on potential customers and follow up regularly Requirements: • Must have the ability to speak nicely and fluently • Must be able to speak confidently in front of the camera • Must have good Customer Handling and Communication Skills • Must be smart, polite, responsible, and have a positive mindset • Interest in Construction/Building Design will be given preference • Knowledge of Social Media and Video Content is a plus • Experienced candidates will be given preference, however interested and qualified freshers may also apply
