পদের নাম: Sales Representative (SR) সেলস রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ কাজের ধরন: ফুল টাইম অগ্রাধিকার: এগ্রো ফুড/খাদ্যপণ্য সেলস অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। দায়িত্বসমূহ: - কোম্পানি নির্ধারিত মাসিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জন করা - দোকানদার/রিটেইলারদের কাছ থেকে সেলস অর্ডার সংগ্রহ করা - পণ্যের সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা - নতুন বাজার তৈরি করা এবং মার্কেট কভারেজ এরিয়া বৃদ্ধি করা - নিজ নিজ এলাকার ডিলার ও রিটেইলারদের সাথে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা - ডিলার পয়েন্ট ও রিটেইলারদের কাছে পণ্যের পর্যাপ্ত সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা - ডিলার বা ডিস্ট্রিবিউটর পয়েন্ট থেকে FIFO পদ্ধতি অনুযায়ী পণ্য ইস্যু/ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা - FIFO অর্থ হলো আগে আসা পণ্য আগে বিক্রি/ডেলিভারি করা - সময়মতো সংশ্লিষ্ট TSM/RSM-কে নিয়মিত কাজের আপডেট ও ফিডব্যাক প্রদান করা - কোম্পানির নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে দায়িত্বশীলভাবে কাজ করা যোগ্যতা: - সেলস ও মার্কেটিং কাজে আগ্রহী হতে হবে - মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে - ডিলার, রিটেইলার ও দোকানদারদের সাথে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে - নির্ধারিত টার্গেট পূরণ করার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে - দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী ও সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে - এগ্রো ফুড/খাদ্যপণ্য সেলসে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে অভিজ্ঞতা: এগ্রো ফুড/খাদ্যপণ্য সেলস অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার
