Job Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and auditing 5 to 6 sewing lines Ensure sewing quality as per buyer requirements and company standards Identify quality issues, defects, and root causes in the sewing lines Provide proper feedback to the sewing team to reduce defects and rework Check inline quality and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Sewing teams to maintain product quality Prepare and submit quality reports to the concerned management Ensure daily quality targets and standards are maintained Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the same position Educational qualification: HSC or above Strong knowledge of sewing quality, defect identification, and quality control process Ability to handle 5 to 6 sewing lines independently Good communication and team coordination skills Must be responsible, sincere, and able to work under pressure
