Prepare and maintain product listings with accurate pricing and product details. Manage social media pages, posts, comments, and customer inquiries. Respond to customers professionally and build strong customer relationships. Manage relevant social media groups and online communities. Build and grow social media communities around mobile, gadgets, and technology products. Maintain product prices and sourcing information in Excel, PDF, Google Sheets, and other records. Identify new products and updated market prices from suppliers. Support sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets. Requirements: Strong interest in mobile phones, gadgets, and technology. Good Bengali writing and speaking skills. Good English writing skills. Smart and professional communication skills, especially on social media. Good customer relationship-building ability. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and community management. Creativity and interest in creating engaging product content. Strong concentration and commitment to work. Good sales and persuasion skills. Presentable personality and confident communication will be an advantage. Training: Necessary training will be provided to selected candidates.
