Job Description (JD): • Prepare and serve a wide variety of coffee and specialty beverages according to brand standards. • Master latte art and ensure high-quality presentation for all hot and cold drinks. • Maintain and calibrate espresso machines and other brewing equipment daily. • Manage coffee bean inventory and ensure the freshness of all ingredients. • Train junior staff members on brewing techniques and customer service protocols. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation following strict hygiene and safety rules. • Interact with customers to take orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences. • Ensure the bar area is fully stocked with milk, syrups, and other necessary supplies. Requirements & Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Barista in a reputed hotel or restaurant is essential. • Deep knowledge of coffee blends, roasting, and various brewing methods. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cafe environment. • Salary: Negotiable based on technical skills and experience. • Benefits: Duty meal allowance is provided (No accommodation).
