𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗧𝗶𝘁𝗹𝗲: 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 Unique Space Holdings is looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive to join our growing real estate business. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company and play a key role in closing deals across multiple projects. You will be directly involved in client meetings, site visits, and property sales, while also supporting a small sales team. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: • Generate sales leads through calls, referrals, networking, walk-ins, and provided databases (land share & residential units) • Follow up consistently with prospects and convert inquiries into serious buyers • Arrange and attend client meetings, including site visits when required • Clearly present project details, pricing, and payment plans to potential clients • Handle client negotiations and close deals within company guidelines • Manage the full booking process, including client coordination and documentation • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities. • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining professional and ethical standards 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: • 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales • Proven track record of closing deals • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-driven and target-focused 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: • Fixed salary: 25-35K • Performance-based commission • Long-term growth opportunity with expanding projects • Festival Bonus. • Mobile Bill.
