Job Responsibilities: • Pulling and installing fiber optic cables for new customer connections. • Fiber optic cable splicing, joint closure, and TJ box installation. • Identifying and resolving fiber faults using OTDR and laser light. • Maintaining fiber networks on-site and in field operations. Requirements: • Minimum Class Eight / SSC pass; experienced candidates will be given preference. • 2–3 years of work experience in fiber optic networks. • Skills in cable color codes and operating fiber splicing machines. • Must be proficient in smartphone use and physically fit.
