Job Locations & Working Hours: Painadi Shwapno • Chittagong Road, 10 Tala, Narayanganj • Part-time • Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM Floter All, Narayanganj • Full-time • Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:00 PM Siddhirganj Shwapno (Sahebpara) Bandar Shwapno Vacancy: 2 Educational Qualification: • Minimum HSC Experience: • 1–2 years of experience in the skincare category is preferred • Freshers are also welcome to apply Job Responsibilities: • Assist customers in selecting suitable skincare products according to their needs. • Provide accurate information about Skin Cafe products, usage, and benefits. • Demonstrate and explain product features to customers. • Promote skincare products and achieve assigned sales targets. • Maintain good customer relationships and provide friendly, professional service. • Monitor product availability and maintain proper product displays at the outlet. • Keep the assigned sales area clean, organized, and attractive. • Follow company sales guidelines and promotional activities. • Report customer feedback, sales updates, and market observations to the concerned team. • Coordinate with the Super Shop team to ensure smooth product sales and visibility. Skills & Requirements: • Good communication and customer-handling skills. • Interest in skincare and beauty products. • Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn about skincare products and customer needs.
