The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels safely and on time while maintaining professional communication with customers. Responsibilities: * Deliver parcels to customers within the assigned area. * Collect parcels from assigned locations when required. * Ensure parcels are handled safely and delivered on time. * Maintain proper communication with the hub and customers. * Follow company delivery procedures and instructions. * Report delivery-related issues to the hub supervisor. * Maintain professional behavior with customers. Requirements: * Must be physically fit and capable of riding a bicycle. * Must be responsible, punctual and hardworking. * Must have good communication skills. * Previous delivery/rider experience is an advantage, but candidates without experience may also be considered based on their suitability. * Must be willing to work according to the company's delivery schedule. Salary & Benefits: * Monthly Salary: ৳8,000 * ৳20 commission for every successful delivery. * Commission will be paid every Thursday. * Corporate mobile SIM will be provided by the company.
