জরুরি নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি পদের নাম: Field Sales Associate পদসংখ্যা: 100 জন কাজের ধরন: মাঠ পর্যায়ে Sales & Marketing কর্মস্থল: ঢাকা সিটি (শাহবাগ, মহাখালী, বাড্ডা, রামপুরা, মতিঝিল, ধানমন্ডি) কাজের দায়িত্বসমূহ: নির্ধারিত এলাকায় বিভিন্ন লোকেশনে দলগতভাবে Sales কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। পথচারী ও সম্ভাব্য Customer-এর কাছে গিয়ে MILVIK-এর সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য উপস্থাপন করা। Customer-এর প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী উপযুক্ত Package/Service নির্বাচন করতে সহযোগিতা করা। Sales-এর আগে ও পরে Customer-কে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য ও সেবা প্রদান করা। প্রতিটি Sales-এর সময় Service-এর শর্তাবলি পরিষ্কারভাবে বুঝিয়ে দেওয়া। Customer-কে Membership Card যথাযথভাবে হস্তান্তর করা। নির্ধারিত Sales Target অর্জনের জন্য নিয়মিত মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ করা। দৈনিক Sales কার্যক্রম ও Customer-এর প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য যথাযথভাবে রিপোর্ট করা। কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত নীতিমালা ও নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী Sales কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। যোগ্যতা ও দক্ষতা: শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা: SSC/সমমান বা তার বেশি। বয়স: 18 বছর বা তার বেশি। Field Sales/Marketing-এ অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে। ভালো Communication ও Presentation Skill থাকতে হবে। Customer-এর সঙ্গে ভদ্র, আত্মবিশ্বাসী ও কার্যকরভাবে কথা বলার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। Sales Target অর্জনের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। মাঠ পর্যায়ে কাজ করার আগ্রহ ও সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে। পরিশ্রমী, দায়িত্বশীল ও Team-এর সঙ্গে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। বেতন ও সুযোগ-সুবিধা: মূল বেতন: 11,200–11,500 টাকা যাতায়াত ভাতা: 2,500 টাকা/মাস মোবাইল বিল: 200 টাকা/মাস সেলস কমিশন: 4,000–15,000 টাকা পর্যন্ত মোট সম্ভাব্য আয়: 18,000–25,000+ টাকা/মাস উৎসব বোনাস: বছরে 2টি Sales Training-এর সুযোগ Career Growth-এর সুযোগ কোম্পানির নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুযোগ-সুবিধা
