Key Responsibilities • Greet customers and help them find medicines and healthcare products. • Dispense medicines according to prescriptions under pharmacy regulations. • Explain proper usage, dosage, storage, and precautions for medicines. • Check prescriptions for completeness and refer customers to a pharmacist when necessary. • Maintain inventory and stock levels. • Receive, arrange, and label medicines and other products. • Monitor expiry dates and remove expired products. • Process sales transactions and handle cash or digital payments. • Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations. • Assist in preparing purchase orders and receiving deliveries. • Maintain customer records when required.
