• Explain course details, benefits, and registration process clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accurate records of client interactions.
• Set up appointments for walk-in sessions or one-on-one consultations.
• Handle queries from students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
