Job Responsibilities: • Provide professional and friendly service to guests. • Take food and beverage orders accurately. • Serve food and beverages according to the resort’s service standards. • Set up and clear tables, buffet areas, and restaurant sections. • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet. • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally. • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service. • Follow all resort policies, SOPs, and food-safety standards. Requirements: • Minimum SSC/HSC or equivalent. • Diploma or training in Hotel Management/Food & Beverage Service will be an advantage. • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or quality restaurant.
