Showroom Sales Assistant

A full-time position is available for the role of Showroom Sales Assistant, with a monthly salary of 10,000 BDT. This role is based in Elephant Road, reporting directly to the Branch Manager. We are looking to hire 10 individuals, male or female, who are polite, customer-friendly, and possess strong product knowledge. The responsibilities include assisting customers with their inquiries, managing the showroom independently, and taking initiative in enhancing sales and marketing to meet organizational goals. Candidates should be capable of working under pressure, achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets, and providing proper after-sales service as per company policy. Experience in upselling, participating in promotional campaigns, and maintaining professional communication is highly valued. Applicants must have at least an SSC level of education. The working hours are from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
