Job Summary: NITSOL Bangladesh Limited is looking for skilled and responsible UPS / Hybrid Inverter Repair Technicians with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and maintaining UPS, Hybrid Inverter, IPS, and other power backup systems. Key Responsibilities: • Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair UPS, Hybrid Inverter, IPS, and other power backup systems. • Identify electrical and electronic faults and determine the causes of equipment failure. • Test and replace defective components, including MOSFETs, IGBTs, relays, capacitors, diodes, transformers, and batteries. • Repair PCB boards, including component-level soldering and desoldering. • Troubleshoot AC/DC circuits, inverter circuits, charger circuits, and control circuits. • Perform battery testing and assess backup performance. • Conduct load and performance testing after repairs. • Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, clamp meters, and oscilloscopes. • Provide on-site installation, inspection, and repair services. • Maintain service records and follow electrical safety procedures. • Respond promptly to emergency service calls. Educational Qualification: • Diploma/BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering, or a relevant technical field is preferred. • Candidates with strong practical repair skills will also be considered. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of UPS, Hybrid Inverter, IPS, and power backup systems. • Hands-on experience in PCB repair, soldering, and desoldering. • Good understanding of electronic components and electrical circuits. • Ability to operate testing and diagnostic equipment. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently or in a team.
