Job Responsibilities: • Operate drawstring production machines efficiently • Monitor product quality and ensure production standards are maintained • Perform routine machine checks and report any technical issues • Follow daily production plans and supervisor instructions • Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness • Assist the team in meeting production targets • Complete assigned tasks within the required timeline Experience: • 3–4 years of relevant work experience Qualifications & Requirements: • SSC or above • Basic knowledge of garment accessories production processes • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented • Good communication and coordination skills
