Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. • 7–10 years of relevant NGO experience is mandatory. • Proven leadership in NGO programme management, project implementation, and team supervision. • Strong knowledge of NGOAB regulations, donor compliance, project management, and MEAL. • Excellent communication, reporting, proposal development, and coordination skills. • Experience in donor relations, fundraising, and humanitarian programmes will be an advantage.
