কাজের দায়িত্ব • গ্রাহকের ফাইবার লাইন সংযোগ দেওয়া • ফাইবার ক্যাবল টানা ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা • ডিভাইস কালেক্ট করা • নেটওয়ার্কের ফিল্ড সাপোর্ট দেওয়া • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ফিল্ড-ভিত্তিক অন্যান্য কাজ সম্পন্ন করা যোগ্যতা • ফাইবার অপটিক, OLT, ONU, রাউটার সম্পর্কে শেখার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে • পরিশ্রমী ও দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে • ফিল্ডে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে • টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করতে পারতে হবে ডিউটি টাইম • দৈনিক ৯ ঘণ্টা • ৯ ঘণ্টার পর ডিউটি হলে ওভারটাইম এলাউন্স রয়েছে
