Position: Customer Relationship Executive (Telesales Specialist – Female Only) Responsibilities: • Reach out to business owners through phone calls to offer Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) funding solutions. • Qualify leads and collect accurate information from potential clients. • Request and collect necessary documents for funding applications. • Maintain professional, persuasive, and fluent communication with clients at all times. • Meet daily and weekly performance targets. • Prepare and submit regular reports to management. • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients. • Handle rejection professionally and remain motivated in a target-driven environment. Experience: • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of MCA telemarketing or call center experience preferred. • Freshers are also welcome to apply.
