Job Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve flat sales targets. • Promote and sell residential flats and real estate projects. • Handle prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships. • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-up activities. • Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property sales. • Generate potential customers through networking and marketing activities. • Maintain communication with interested buyers and provide project-related information. • Support the company's overall marketing and sales operations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline. • Candidates with a Master's degree will receive preference. • An educational background in Marketing or a related field will be an advantage. • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a Development / Real Estate Company. • Practical experience in flat sales is mandatory. • Proven skills in client handling, negotiation, and sales closing are required. • Only qualified and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
