Job Circular: Sales Officer (Fresh Produce) Company Name: ACI Logistics Working Location: Dhaka Department: Fresh Produce Position: Sales Officer Vacancy: 10 Openings Employment Status: Contractual Key Responsibilities: • Market Exploration: Identify and explore new market opportunities for fresh produce. • Wholesaler Onboarding: Actively reach out to and onboard new wholesalers to the network. • Financial Management: Ensure timely cash recovery and maintain strict credit control. • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential market risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. • Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits to maintain relationships and monitor market trends. Educational & Skill Requirements: • Education: HSC or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Experience: 1 year of sales experience is preferred (Freshers with great potential may apply). • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate deals and close sales effectively. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and customer behavior.
