About the Role:
Digimind Pro is seeking a confident and professional Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and a clear understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) business model. The role focuses on customer communication, regular follow-ups, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers through calls, messages, and meetings
• Understand customer needs and explain Digimind Pro’s SaaS solutions
• Attend customer meetings (online or in-person when required)
• Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide basic support related to digital marketing services and software usage
• Maintain customer records and follow-up status
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
• Understanding of the SaaS business model
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills
• Professional follow-up and relationship management ability
• Basic computer skills (Email, CRM, messaging apps)
• Organized, responsible, and customer-focused
