পদের নাম: সহকারী শিক্ষক (Assistant Teacher) শাখা: ত্রিশাল শাখা, ময়মনসিংহ কাজের দায়িত্ব: * শিক্ষার্থীদের নিয়মিত পাঠদান করা। * নির্ধারিত সিলেবাস অনুযায়ী ক্লাস পরিচালনা করা। * শিক্ষার্থীদের পড়াশোনার অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ করা। * ক্লাসের পড়া, বাড়ির কাজ ও পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা। * শিক্ষার্থীদের দুর্বলতা চিহ্নিত করে প্রয়োজনীয় সহায়তা প্রদান করা। * শিক্ষার্থীদের শৃঙ্খলা ও নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে চলতে সহযোগিতা করা। * অভিভাবক ও প্রতিষ্ঠানের কর্তৃপক্ষের সঙ্গে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যোগাযোগ ও সমন্বয় করা। * প্রতিষ্ঠানের একাডেমিক ও অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনীয় কার্যক্রমে সহযোগিতা করা। যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলী: * সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে প্রয়োজনীয় শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা থাকতে হবে। * বাংলা ও ইংরেজিতে ভালো যোগাযোগ দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। * শিক্ষার্থীদের সঙ্গে ধৈর্য ও দায়িত্বশীলতার সঙ্গে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে। * পাঠদানের প্রতি আগ্রহ ও দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে। * সৎ, দায়িত্বশীল, পরিশ্রমী ও সময়নিষ্ঠ হতে হবে।
