Job Responsibilities: • Supervise daily construction activities and ensure quality workmanship. • Monitor structural and finishing works at construction sites. • Prepare project cost estimates and BOQs as required. • Check and verify bills submitted by contractors and suppliers. • Monitor construction material prices and prepare rate analyses. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. • Ensure project activities comply with company standards and requirements. Requirements: • Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.Sc. in Civil Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of practical experience in construction, structural, and finishing works. • Must have practical knowledge of construction materials, including civil, electrical, sanitary, grill, tiles, wood, pipes, and paint-related materials. • Must be capable of preparing detailed project cost estimates and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). • Must have experience supervising construction projects and maintaining project records. • Experience checking bills submitted by contractors and suppliers. • Must have knowledge of construction material rate analysis and current market prices. • Computer proficiency in Bangla and English typing. • Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Office, email, and internet browsing. • Must be honest, sincere, responsible, hardworking, and disciplined. • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are essential.
