Salary: Negotiable (Basic + Incentive + Performance Bonus). Job Responsibilities: • Lead and motivate the land sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. • Develop strategic sales plans to expand the company’s market presence in the real estate sector. • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile corporate and individual clients. • Conduct high-level negotiations and ensure the successful closing of land sales deals. • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to the management. • Oversee the entire sales process from initial lead generation to final documentation. Requirements & Qualifications: • Candidates must have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Real Estate Sales. • Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a dynamic sales team are required. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bangla and English are essential. • Applicants should have a deep understanding of land sales and legal documentation. • Both male and female candidates are highly encouraged to apply for this full-time role.
