Job Responsibilities: • Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design solutions based on project requirements. • Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and presentation materials. • Create and modify drawings using AutoCAD and develop 3D models using SketchUp and rendering software. • Assist in preparing design presentations, project proposals, and client materials. • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution. • Review drawings and design details to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements. • Conduct site visits and assist with site measurements and design-related supervision when required. • Support project documentation, revisions, and submission processes. • Stay updated with current architectural trends, materials, standards, and design practices. • Perform other design and project-related duties assigned by the management. Requirements: • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch). • Strong architectural design and planning skills. • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software. • Ability to prepare architectural drawings and presentations. • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
