Job Responsibilities: Monitor daily sewing line quality and ensure products meet buyer and company standards Check garments during the sewing process and identify defects at the early stage Ensure inline quality inspection and follow up on corrective actions Report quality issues to the Quality Supervisor / Quality Auditor / Line Supervisor Help reduce defects, rejection, and rework in the sewing line Maintain proper quality procedures and inspection guidelines Coordinate with Sewing, Quality, and Production teams to achieve quality targets Ensure workmanship, measurement, stitching, and finishing quality as per requirement Maintain daily quality reports and communicate updates to the concerned team Requirements: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the same position Educational qualification: HSC or above Good knowledge of sewing quality, defects, and inspection procedures Ability to work independently in the sewing line Must be responsible, sincere, and detail-oriented Good communication and team coordination skills Ability to work under pressure
