Friends Knitwear & Accessories Ltd. নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি: Plain Machine Operator (All Process) পদে প্রার্থী নিয়োগ কর্মস্থল : Tayebpur, Zirabo, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka পদের সারসংক্ষেপ Friends Knitwear & Accessories Ltd. 100% export-oriented knitwear manufacturing company, Plain Machine Operator (All Process) পদে প্রার্থী নিয়োগ দিচ্ছে। পদটি plain/single needle lockstitch machine পরিচালনা করা, নির্ধারিত টার্গেট অনুযায়ী মানসম্পন্ন প্রোডাকশন করা, মেশিনের মৌলিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা এবং ফ্যাক্টরির নিয়ম ও সুরক্ষা মানে মেনে চলার দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে । মূল দায়িত্ব plain/single needle lockstitch machine পরিচালনা করা এবং সব ধরনের প্রক্রিয়া (top stitch, join stitch, piping, hemming, label attach ইত্যাদি) করা ক্রেতার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী মানসম্পন্ন প্রোডাকশন করে দৈনিক টার্গেট অর্জন করা মেশিন পরিষ্কার রাখা এবং মৌলিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (তেল দেওয়া, সুই পরিবর্তন) করা ফ্যাক্টরির নিয়ম ও সুরক্ষা মানে মেনে চলা এবং কাজের স্থানে 5S বজায় রাখা কোম্পানির নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী দায়িত্ব পালন করা যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলি বয়স: 18-35 বছর অভিজ্ঞতা: 100% export-oriented knit garments factory-এ কমপক্ষে 2-3 বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা স্কিল: Plain/Single Needle Machine Operation-এ দক্ষ, All Process পরিচালনা করতে পারা, SPI, Tension Adjustment এবং Needle Selection সম্পর্কে জানা, Sample & Process Sheet পড়তে পারা, Quality নিশ্চিত করতে পারা এবং Low DHU বজায় রাখতে পারা গুণাবলী: সৎ, পরিশ্রমী, দায়িত্বশীল, সময়নিষ্ঠ বেতন ও সুবিধা মাসিক বেতন: অভিজ্ঞতা অনুযায়ী নির্ধারণ করা হবে অন্যান্য সুবিধা: লাঞ্চ, মোবাইল বিল (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে), ট্রান্সপোর্ট এবং কমপ্লায়েন্স অনুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধা কোম্পানির নিয়ম অনুযায়ী ফেস্টিভাল বোনাস প্রদান করা হবে
