Position: Sewing Supervisor Job Responsibilities: * Manage and take responsibility for all production-related activities * Maintain and achieve production targets set by the Planning Department * Monitor and control all production processes of the assigned sewing line * Achieve hourly, daily, and monthly production targets according to the set efficiency * Minimize NPT (Non-Production Time) and ensure effective utilization of working time * Keep overtime work within the factory's permissible limits * Ensure quality at source and zero-defect garment production * Control end-line defects and maintain reject percentage within company limits * Ensure proper input flow in the assigned production line * Maintain a clean and organized production floor and ensure proper 5S practices * Perform any other duties assigned by management Requirements: * Educational Qualification: SSC / HSC * Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Sewing Supervisor in a reputed knit factory * Age: 25–35 years * Strong production management and team supervision skills * Ability to achieve production and quality targets * Salary: Negotiable
