Job Responsibilities: • Supervise and monitor interior design and construction-related works at project sites. • Review and understand interior working drawings and ensure work is executed accordingly. • Attend initial client meetings, understand project requirements, and prepare project briefs. • Visit project sites and take accurate measurements as required. • Identify site-related issues and provide effective solutions. • Monitor daily work progress and ensure projects remain on schedule. • Supervise contractors and ensure all work is completed according to the approved work plan, quality standards, and timeline. • Provide necessary instructions to contractors and workers during project execution. • Ensure the safety and security of workers and construction activities at the site. • Monitor material usage and control unnecessary wastage during execution. • Ensure proper merchandising, branding, and presentation of the project throughout the construction period. • Receive and distribute project materials and maintain updated material records. • Monitor the company's electrical and electronic equipment, including lights, switches, and switchboards, and arrange necessary repairs when required. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, workers, and management to ensure smooth project execution. • Prepare and provide regular project progress updates to management. • Perform any other duties assigned by the management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant field. • Practical knowledge of interior design and construction work. • Strong understanding of interior working drawings and site measurements. • Good analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and client-handling skills. • Ability to supervise contractors and workers effectively. • Ability to work under pressure and manage long working hours when required.
