Qualifications & Requirements: * Must have experience in a sweater factory. * Strong knowledge of store and inventory management. * Knowledge of yarn, accessories, and packing materials. * Ability to supervise store personnel and daily store activities. * Knowledge of GRN, Bin Card, Stock Register, and Material Issue Records. * Good understanding of FIFO/FEFO and stock reconciliation. * Ability to maintain material identification, segregation, and traceability. * Knowledge of ERP/Inventory Software and MS Excel. * Good numerical and analytical skills. * Strong documentation and record-keeping skills. * Ability to monitor physical stock against system stock. * Knowledge of handling damaged, rejected, and non-conforming materials. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of store safety, housekeeping, and fire-safety requirements. * Basic knowledge of BCI, GRS, OCS/RCS, and certified-material traceability is an advantage. Job Responsibilities: * Supervise daily activities of the store team and allocate work accordingly. * Receive and verify yarn, accessories, packing materials, and other materials against approved documents. * Ensure proper identification, labeling, segregation, and storage of materials. * Ensure materials are issued to production against authorized requisitions/issue slips. * Maintain and monitor Stock Registers, Bin Cards, GRN, and Material Issue Records. * Monitor physical stock against system records and report discrepancies. * Conduct regular stock counting and support monthly/periodic inventory reconciliation. * Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable. * Maintain traceability and segregation of certified materials such as BCI, GRS, OCS/RCS, where applicable. * Identify and segregate damaged, rejected, excess, and non-conforming materials.
