Technical Manager for Quilting/Padding Jacket

Job Type: Full-Time Responsibilities: • Lead sample development, fit approval, and production technical support. • Ensure pattern accuracy, sewing techniques, and quality standards. • Work closely with merchandising and production teams to meet buyer requirements. • Provide technical guidance and solve production issues. Requirements: • Minimum HSC/Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum 8–10 years’ experience in garment technical/production, with at least 3 years in managerial role. • Strong knowledge of pattern making, sewing, fitting, and quality standards. • Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.
